Internet is needed to play in-person
A Nintendo Online account is needed for each console, but Nintendo offers “Family Plans” that cover 8 consoles total for $50/year
Games played in a 4v4 format
Character’s equipment will need to be unlocked by playing the game
Each match can take 3 to 5 minutes depending on the game mode
Each meet will be a best of 5 match count per game. Teams will need to win 3 games to win the meet.
School teams can be up to 8 Players (4 Starting Players and 4 Back-up players)
